General Terms & Conditions -

• Peak season rates are applicable during the month of December and early January.
• It is compulsory to hold a valid driving license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
Indian driving license holders are accepted. In case of international travellers, a valid international driving license must be carried during the trip and a copy submitted to the company.
• All rental vehicles are to be driven within Goa only. Interstate travel is strictly not permitted.
• Booking Amount:
₹1000 for Hatchback cars
₹2000 for SUVs

• Security Deposit:
₹3000 for Hatchback cars
₹5000 for SUV cars

• Delivery Policy:
We provide doorstep delivery across Goa!
After the booking amount is paid, at the time of delivery(pick-up), customer needs to pay respective security deposit amount(refundable at drop-off location), vehicle rental total amount (total days) and delivery charges.
During peak season, an advance payment of at least one day’s rental is mandatory at the time of booking.

• Rent Extension Policy:
If customer wants to extend the rental period, he/she shall pay the extended period amount in advance, no deductions from the security deposit will be made in such cases.

• Fuel Policy: The vehicle must be returned with one fuel point more than the fuel level provided at the time of delivery.
• Minimum hire period is 2 days.
  9:00 AM is considered as the end of one rental day, irrespective of pickup time.
• The vehicles are strictly meant for on-road usage only.
  Off-road driving is not permitted under any circumstances.
• Seat belts must be worn at all times by the driver and passengers.
  Drinking and driving is strictly prohibited.
  Vehicles should be parked only in designated and legal parking areas.
• For bike rentals, wearing a helmet is compulsory.
  Any traffic fines, challans, or penalties arising from violations will be the sole responsibility of the renter.
  Loco Goa will not be liable for such fines.
• All Indian road rules and traffic regulations must be strictly followed during the rental period.
• In case of any damage to the vehicle, the entire cost of repair or replacement shall be fully borne by the customer. No insurance coverage will be applicable, and the company will not be liable for any damages incurred during the rental period.
